Return/Exchange Policy:
At Glitter Gift Baskets, our top priority is your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange your product, we are happy to assist you. Here are the details:
- All returns and exchanges require preauthorization from Glitter Gift Baskets through email at info@glittergiftbaskets.ca.
- The Gift Basket(s) should be returned in their original packaging. No credit or replacement will be issued until the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by our customer service department.
- The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. You have the option to ship it on your own or ask us to arrange it. If you choose the latter, we can send you a shipping label, which you can pay for by credit card.
- All refunds are issued for the product's purchase price only and can only be issued to the same credit card used at the time of purchase.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Christmas-themed seasonal items and customized items cannot be refunded.
- Processing a return/exchange may take up to 10 business days.

Please make sure to include a copy of the return authorization email with your return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Substitutions & Replacements
At Glitter Gift Baskets, our goal is to always deliver gifts as presented. However, there may be situations beyond our control that make this impossible, such as a component supplier discontinuing a product or altering packaging without our knowledge.
In the event of such circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute any unavailable product with one of equal or greater value. To ensure freshness, we may occasionally replace a similar item with one of equal or higher value. We assure you that the overall design, theme, color, and quality of the gift basket will remain uncompromised.
If a container (basket) becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar container of equal or greater value.
