"I had placed an order on a Thursday and since the order was not placed before 12h00, it could not be delivered the next day, even though I had paid for next day delivery, but the disappointment did not end there, since it was only leaving on a Friday it would not be delivered till the following Monday, since there are no deliveries on the weekend! When I called to inquire about my delivery, I was greeted with someone very professional and informative, and even though the news was negative, he was very helpful and reimbursed my next day delivery since it would only be delivered 3 days later. The credit was done promptly and the package did arrive early on Monday."
