Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us" and "our" refer to Glitter Gift Baskets Inc., a Canadian company based in Quebec. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. Orders are only confirmed once payment is processed and accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
You are responsible for ensuring your shipping details are accurate. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after shipping. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. If your order has shipped via Canada Post, we are unable to recall the package. The recipient may refuse the delivery, and Canada Post will return it to us. Return fees apply.

5. Pricing and Billing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are added at checkout.
You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse fraudulent transactions.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other external factors. Risk of loss passes to you upon transfer to the shipping carrier.

All content, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and media, is owned by Glitter Baskets or its licensors and is protected under Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.

10. Relationship with Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with us. All purchases are directly with Glitter Gift Baskets Inc.
