⏳ Processing and Shipping Times
- Processing Time: Orders placed before 1pm Eastern time will ship on the same day and delivery time varies by location.
🚚 Delivery Times
When you enter the correct shipping address and postal code at checkout, you’ll see an estimate of how many days it will take for your order to arrive with both free ground shipping and express shipping options.
Note for Rural/Remote Areas: In some cases, the shipping company may deliver your package to the nearest pickup location. If this occurs, you will need to collect the package from the designated point.
🌎 Shipping to the USA and Internationally
We ship all our products to the USA and internationally. To view rates and delivery times:
- Add the gift basket to your cart.
- Enter the shipping address.
- Receive a live rate and delivery estimate.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. For inquiries, Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, or Sendle will only provide details to Glitter Gift Baskets or the recipient of the gift. Use the recipient’s name and address when contacting the shipping company.
🎁 Special Delivery Notes
Hospital Deliveries
We recommend shipping to a home address, as hospital transfers can delay delivery to the patient.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to delivery issues, you will be notified via email:
- Re-shipping Fees: Additional fees will apply for re-delivery.
- Unclaimed Packages: Packages unclaimed after 60 days will be donated to a local food bank.
🔧 Additional Information
Address Corrections or Rerouting
If an address correction is required while the package is in transit, the shipping company may charge $17 plus taxes for the update.
FedEx Money-Back Guarantee
Delivery times are not guaranteed during inclement weather, network issues, or other delays.
Rural Areas
Delivery to rural areas may take an additional 1–3 business days. To verify, check the postal code (rural codes typically contain zeros).
