How it works, in four steps

Download the recipient template
An Excel file with one column per detail we need.

Fill in one row per recipient
Basket, address, message and, for Christmas, the delivery week.

Upload the completed list
Right here on this page. We confirm when we have it.

Review the order and pay
By credit card through a secure link, or by EFT.
Steps 1 and 2
Download and fill in the template
Save it to your computer, then fill in one row for every person receiving a basket.

How to fill it in
One row per recipient. Two baskets to the same person means two rows.
Basket: write the basket's name as it appears in our shop, or paste the link to its page.
Address: full name, company if any, street, unit or buzzer, city, province, postal code, phone.
Card message: what you want printed on the custom card for that person.
For Christmas, pick the delivery week for each recipient.
Step 3
Send us your completed list
Your baskets, addresses and messages are already in the spreadsheet, so we only need to know who to reply to.
What happens when you click send
- A confirmation appears on this page, and an email confirms your list was received.
- We prepare the order and email you the invoice, with a secure payment link.
- You review it and pay by credit card through the link, or by EFT.
Your list travels over a secure connection and is used only to build your order.
