Christmas gift basket
"I have used Glitter Basket to send gifts to our relative in Canada for many years. They have always been greatly pleased with the contents and I have been greatly pleased with your good service. However, this year was disappointing, as you used Canada Post for the shipment, even though you have a postal strike in progress. No delivery occurred. I didn’t feel it was as much of a gift for our daughter since she then was required to travel to the Post Office to retrieve the shipment and had to do so under a deadline. I would strongly suggest that you use an alternate delivery carrier until the postal situation is resolved. I will not be using your company to send gifts if the Canada Post continues to be the shipping provider."
